No, it is not up to the parents. If you're going into a public space where nudity is going to be a thing you don't get a say. The only thing they get a say in is whether their child goes there.

Let's say that eight year olds are taking gang showers...what if one of them is starting to feel urges toward girls?  How do we weed out the *gasp* future lesbians, bisexuals, gender fluids, etc. etc. etc?  Hmmmm?

I never said it was a crime.  What if someone wants to use pronouns based on biological sex rather than subjective gender?  Should they be unable to do so?  Where did this right to not be offended come form?  When did atheists become such prudes?
