You seem to be confusing 'coherentism' with 'the coherence theory of truth'.

Coherentism is the position that for a belief to be justified, it must belong to an internally coherent system of beliefs (it is important to remember that a belief can be justified and still untrue). This is manifestly NOT the same as confirmation bias, which is the willful rejection or ignoring of facts and evidence which do not support one's beliefs. This is why you claim to be unaware of the evidence supporting the Yugoslav Wars.
