The science of Human Sexuality, which the ancients were 100 % totally ignorant of, (both Biblically and Christian morality), has progressed
astronomically since the late 19th Century. There was no concept of "orientation in the history of human ideas until the late 19th Century.
Human sexual orientation has been proven to not be a choice, therefore cannot be a matter of morality.
The Roman Church continues in it's ancient ignorance of the matter, and continues it's discrimination of these "children:" of their gods.
This situation causes many many suicides and much persecution throughout the world. The Christian churches continue to oppress these people, the world over,
and are the cause of many many suicides.

Pope Benedict was forced to resign when it became known that the Roman (city of Rome) clergy had communities of gay priests, bishops and cardinals who were actively
practicing their "lifestyles" which basically every one knew about. It was "deemed" to be "out of control". The church's persecution of these people is now well known to everyone in Rome, and Italy. When my grandfather was in the diplomatic corps after he retired, and we visited frequently when school was out, he was always "extra" protective when he showed us around the libraries and galleries, lest a *priest* get his hands on us. On the other hand, most (many) were very decent people, and I reman friends with many of them. They send me pictures of their nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews, and in fact, are "extra" family members, and if asked privately, are NOTHING like NX.

What I'm doing is giving him the opportunity to reply and, by doing so, let him demonstrate to everyone here what a hypocrite he really is.  It already worked in the discussion he started on abortion.
