I can't find an impartial source to confirm the status of SPLC either way. Going through their list of hate groups I find right wing and conservative groups and no liberal or progressive groups except the New Black Panthers. The are many groups called "white", but none, except the Panthers, identified with any minority groups. No mention of groups that support burning and ravaging people's businesses, livelihoods, etc. Now, I agree with many on the list, but it is obvious that they are a left-leaning, politically motivated organization.

The idea that white supremacy's problem is perceptual, an issue of not seeming relatable or kind or attractive enough, is what gifted us with the richard spencers of the world. This is just depressing; you can take your faux-compassion and shove it. The most compassionate thing a Christian could do as far as I'm concerned is quit meddling in other people's lives, and let each person, and each person alone, be responsible for their own 'sin' whether they believe in it or not. That would solve the problem.

1 Corinthians 8:12 is pretty explicit that sinning against other people is ultimately a sin against God.

No. If it's not immoral I don't think it's sinful. Like you said, there may be a circumstance in which lying would be the best choice. You can't make a list of everything sinful and say if it's on the list it's sinful and if it's not on the list it's ok.

But the Bible clearly and emphatically states that lying is a sin and that God hates people who lie. If one tells a lie that is (in your words) the best choice, God still views it as a sin. Therefore, lying can be a sin that is not immoral. Which means that sin and immorality have, at best, a nodding acquaintance.
