You chose not to tolerate other views, even calling them 'retarded' and that is not bigoted?
Not all opposing viewpoints are equally valid. Does not tolerating someone who hates an entire group by generalizing them all based upon their insecurities and fears make me a bigot? I don't have the answer to that but if it is yes, then label me a bigot. Each person should be judged individually, not summed up as a whole based on their sexual persuasion.
And the whole health issue is a smokescreen. If people were really concerned about health issues they would be passing out condoms and trying to educate people. Instead they're out there trying to steal the rights from homosexuals and condemming them. You can dress up hate however you want but it's still hate.

No, not at all. But if anal sex is the health issue then discuss anal sex, not homosexuality. Everyone against homosexuality seems to pretend that all homosexuals have anal sex and only homosexuals have anal sex. These are two separate issues entirely and one is being used as excuse to persecute the other.
Quote:There ya go. You assume non agreement with your viewpoint as "hate" and then assume their views are based on insecurity and fear. Did you ever stop to consider you may be wrong in your assumptions?
I can't seem to answer that without opening up a shit storm that will turn into pages and pages of condescending debate that will end with nothing but contempt for each opposing viewpoint so I'll sidestep the mess.
Quote:Bullshit. You can label it hate all you want, but that does not make it hate. I've said it a million times, I hold no hatred for the homos. Just don't care to associate or be around them. Some people just don't care for christians and choose not to associate or be around them, do they "hate" christians?
Yet I don't see anyone refusing christians the right to marry or adopt.
