You (deliberately, I think), miss the point. Such a loan scheme wouldn’t be Affirmative Action unless it can be demonstrated that people of a different ethnicity were harmed by it.

I believe AA to be an inherently racist organization.

I was told that I cannot call something AA unless I can prove it is racist.
