Yah, here's what'd going to happen, provided both candidates are in sufficient health to campaign. All the people who will vote for Biden no matter what will vote for Biden. All the people who will vote for Trump no matter what will vote for Trump. The latter group is bigger than the former group. Then most of the people who wish they could vote for someone else will vote for Biden, and Biden will win.
We absolutely can't be complacent or fail to get out the vote, but for my money, that's how it will play out.
