Also, this is not a matter of opinion. I do not like headscarves either but I usually tolerate it. Because it does not concern me what other people choose or not chose to wear.

But the exaggeration of the Islamic dress code is a real abomination. When I see the news about the situation of the Gaza strip today, I cannot say I agree with it, but I can relate to the rest of the world simply ignoring whatever is happening in there. One way or the other, if you decide to have a backward interpretation of some social norms and use it a as mean of saying “Hey look I’m different”, the whole world will treat you as “different”. Because that’s what you chose to turn yourself into.
 
Anyway, everyone know how much I dislike this type of religious interpretation in general, but my point here is about the Full Hijab. The type of dress that turn someone into a completely invisible being. The problem with that type of dress is that it can get you killed:

The French police had to shoot a woman today because of that. The problem with that type of dress (and I was talking to someone today about this), is that you cannot know what’s underneath it. It could be a woman with an AK-47, it could be a man disguised as a woman, there could be explosives, there could be munitions, it could be two children disguised as one single adult, and you name it.

So faith is one issue. I don’t have a problem with the Sikh Turban either. But in an airport setting for instance (n everywhere else). The full clad Hijab should be just banned.

In US schools almost everyone is wearing large crosses etc. especially minority groups.
