Can't legally sell children on ebay? Then set up a Christian adoption agency. When my wife & I were having trouble conceiving, we checked into Catholic charities. The FAQ on the website stated that you could expect to pay at least $27,000 to adopt a child through them. No wonder they're against abortion so much, it cuts into their profit margin. Convince women that abortion is evil while adoption is a loving option, then sell the kid off for $27 grand in "legal fees."
And don't get me started on the Christian adoption agency which asked for a fee up front and a questionnaire to fill out with detailed questions asking about your religious beliefs. It was quite obvious that unless you're a bible-banging Christian who goes to church several times a week, you weren't getting a kid from them. Nor would you get your initial fee refunded.

Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
