For all those who seem not to understand, though I believe they did, our=christians. There are some on this site that have to be childish, so that they feel noticed, that is unfortunate for a discussion.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Actually, the questioning of ownership was quite germane to the point which arose.

Perhaps a little late to intercede on the behalf of those "desert twats"..however. That they were attempting to make sense of the world around them is not enough reason to level our collective criticisms against them. They had no reason, at the time, to believe otherwise. The people that have proposed the many different ideas of god weren't exactly playing with a full deck when it comes to knowledge of the world around them were they? Their position is different, in that regard, to their spiritual heirs current position..a position which is to the contrary to all that has been learned since.

I get a little uneasy whenever I end up being the one to assume the "voice of moderation"...lol.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
