I can try to have a beer with him and we can webcast it.

Not the same. I do that on Google Hang outs now.
Well then, chick: You're gonna have to go West.

What wouldn't I give! I have cousins in L.A., and I would love to go jeeping around the SW area, and I need to teach a certain skeptic the definition of the word "tease" because, "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
I do not see a menu selection to place yourself on a map, as Miss Summerqueen states in the first message, but I live as far from civilization as you can get in the lower forty-eight (in the Nebraska panhandle, far from anyone here).
Plus, not being an atheist, I suspect most here would rather I stay home. I'll send my wife, she is our village's resident atheist. James "Be ye not lost amongst Precept of Order." - Book of Uterus, 1:5, "Principia Discordia, or How I Found Goddess and What I Did to Her When I Found Her."
Not at all, anymouse - I looked into Wicca myself when I realized Judaism wasn't cutting it. Or rather, Yahweh wasn't. I've no beef with wiccans...unless they're like the self-proclaimed wiccans at my high school... [shudder]

Google Maps returns an error: it says it does not have maps of sufficient quality of this area (might be all the missile silos around here, or the lack of people and roads). Broadwater has a population of 142, Morrill County a population under 3,000, with 250,000 cows. Your hamburger at McDonalds probably came from here. Being in the Southwest in summer is not much cause for joy unless you operate an HVAC company or a water park. I have two cousins who live in the LA area, summer. One is a VP with Warner Bros., and the other, like me, went into education, although she went the administrative route a few years back and is now a principal. I was just at Sunset Beach, munching the best calamari I've had in a long while at Gladstone's, watching all the wannabe's parade around.
At some point, a get together in a place like Telluride would be great. I love that town.

Spring would be nice. I no longer have a Jeep, anyway. [sigh]
I will have another some day though! |
