My reason. Just because in wiccan doesnt mean i believe in god. Personally (this is my personal thoughts) If there was a god why in the hell would he/she do the things the BIBLE say he/she did.
I mean what kind of a god that claims to love all his childern no matter there faults would kill every one and every thing on the earth except a few chosen. I mean come on he loves us but then he kills us.
If there was a god what would give him/her the right to kill someone.
In the bible it says man was created in his image, so any thing we do wrong or right would be caused by this so called god. so shouldnt he/she kill him or her self for the same reason he/she kill all the people the bible says was killed by this so called god?
Just a thought.
And befor any one yells your wiccan you have to believe in some kind of a god.

Meh, wiccan and theist are not entirely equivalent. I'm a dirty pagan motherfucker myself that not only doesn't believe in gods, I find the very concept offensive...lol.

Why are all these new members necroposting all of a sudden?

If it is merely sarcasm to their feigned rightious indignation, then yea, I like to say I barbecue kittens to show them how stupid they are in reactiing to the fact that others dont buy their invisible friend.
But I have run into "former atheists" and when you peel back the layers of that onion, it had nothing to do with them looking for evidence, but looking to bail themselves out of some bad behavior or emotionial trauma because they didn't have the "true" trademarke "God" in their heart.
But being an atheist is only a position, it is not a lifestyle or a label one should use to be a "rebel" or "bad ass". Holding that label does not preclude us from obeying the law. It merely means we don't believe in a god or gods.
The stupid thing with text is that when you sarcastically use the word "pagan", they get all these stupid stereotypes of atheists. I am not saying don't use it or don't be sarcastic. Just writing this more for them when they read it as "GET OVER YOURSELVES".

Maybe you are, I don't know... You don't have to apologise, and especially not to me. If this thread survives for more than a few extra posts it should be okay. It's just for if a dead thread is put back to the top of the list when there is one disjointed post in it.

I at least figured that this is indeed labeled and important thread, so when new members arrive, they are more than welcome to partake in the poll and leave a comment, despite the thread being inactive for a while. 
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Yeah when it comes to necroposting I just think use some common sense (yeah there is no such thing blah blah).
If it's a thread that's already seen a lot of action and is stickied/important, then I don't see too much wrong with it.
If it's a thread that's not had many responses, it's died a quick and painful death, why bother dredging it up again?
Seen as this is a poll for the entire forum to partake in, including new members, I see no good reason why a necropost is a bad thing on here...
