They are most definitely living...
But, even though I don't believe anyone has a "soul", I wouldn't make such a claim.

Well you don’t have the authority alone to make claims about the existence of supernatural entities, that’s why I appeal to scripture for my knowledge of the supernatural.

"Scripture is clear" Thank you Statler. It's going to be hard to top that one. 37,999 other denominations (and counting) seem to suggest otherwise.

Nice job quoting me out of context, I said scripture is clear that animals do not have souls. Do any of the major Christian Denominations believe animals have souls? Nope.

I just found it a bit funny at the time to pull together a response.
I just find it very bizarre, and hilarious, that you appeal to a 2000 year old book for knowledge of the supernatural... Can I ask for your reasoning behind this? Just so I can get a fuller picture.

His "reasoning" is supernatural, which is to say, it doesn't exist.

By appealing to scripture you are appealing to the opinions of uneducated men from thousand of years ago. But hey, they knew everything.

Well the age of scripture is irrelevant to its truthfulness. The only revelation we are given concerning the supernatural is what God has revealed to us in scripture, so I appeal to it when it comes to matters of the supernatural, I know that dogs do not have souls because scriptures says only humans have souls.

Well Luke was both a medical doctor and a historian and Paul was extremely educated, but hey if you don’t know anything about the writers of scripture just make an assertion anyways right? By appealing to scripture I am actually appealing to the infallible word of God.
