yeah I thought it was an organization south park made up. I was surprised as hell when I found out.

Yeah, when I was watching the episode with commentary on, they were saying how most people just think they made it up..

I don't know why I do it, but I watch everything with the commentary on after I have watched it.

I really need to do that. Who knows how much I don't know? I've only watched one south park commentary. The one where they parodied 24.

I have watched them all with commentary... It is usually very funny, just hearing the 2 of them having banter.

My question to you is how do I respond to this? It actually kinda makes sense to me. I know adult and child sex is wrong, but why? What separates that from homosexuality? I know it seems obvious but how exactly should I handle this.

Children are less likely to grasp the idea of consenting to sex. That's the problem. Oh, and by the way, the study that he cited is the infamous Rind et. al study. It was rather infamous over ten years ago, and Dr. Laura Schlessinger was quoted as saying the study should have been buried because its conclusions flew in the face of conventional wisdom. (What the use of science is if it isn't prepared court that possibility I have no idea.) However, it is actually less pro-pedophilia than a lot of people think, and, The fact is that that study is an outlier; many other studies have affirmed the traditional views on child abuse, including this one. For the record, it's probably best if you say you think sex should be kept "consenting and adult."
