Life after death.

RE: Life after death.
Did he now? lol. Are you being persecuted again?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I don't think he said you said that.

Mine are: wormfood. Actually, Jews didn't really believe in an afterlife either until Babylonian captivity, I think that was the crossover. Made life a little more important to us.

Cremate me, put me under a big ass motherfuckin' tree. Then people have to go see the big ass motherfuckin' tree if they have some need to see a burial site. Then maybe they'll contemplate our "importance" on earth when those big ass motherfuckin' trees manage to live hundreds of years longer than us.

Okay, you are not being responsive to the thread now, just tryi8ng to argue sarcasm and I refuse to do that. If you have nothing substantive to offer then I will no longer respond to your sarcasm.

I'm not asking for proof, just your own thoughts.

There is life after death. When you die, your body typically becomes food for other life forms, and so life goes on. This is not a belief. It is documented fact.
'The difference between a Miracle and a Fact is exactly the difference between a mermaid and seal. It could not be expressed better.'
-- Samuel "Mark Twain" Clemens

"I think that in the discussion of natural problems we ought to begin not with the scriptures, but with experiments, demonstrations, and observations".

- Galileo Galilei (1564-1642)

"In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else! Yep, I'm with the consensus on this one. No reason to believe any kind of consciousness will survive me. Also I have no desire to live forever or continue into another life.

Finally, a rational response.

Hey! I told you what I believe and that's all you asked for! And I gave you a tiny history lesson!

That's pretty much what everyone's said, in one way or another...

lol From YOUR viewpoint Queen. As for me, I equated it with the History lesson you posted in the humour section.

BTW, I'm looking something up now to your remark about the Jewish view of an afterlife.

Oh, so it's something to snerk at?

I'm sorry, next time I'll qualify it.

I didn't realize that saying the same thing as El Dinero in less eloquent terms invalidated my answering your question.
