He was by no means a "poor guy." He was an asshat. However, I do agree that they "wasted" him. It's a damn shame when mob mentality results in murder. A trial would have been better.

Besides, I kinda appreciate him. He stood true to his ideals and views no matter what, and he hold out to the end, instead of fleeing like some other guys who were again, betrayed a second time by the western powers...

Kilic, Hitler stood true to his ideals too, so did a number of other dictators. Sticking to your ideals is not necessarily a strong point when your ideals are fucking insane. Still, I do not support the way he was murdered. It was very uncivilized.

And well, I must say that this isn't a coup, though. A coup is an organized, military intervention of the same state, whereas here, it was the (nato-backed)rebels against the state, meaning, it's being led by a bunch of uneducated minds, who need to be herded by someone. That someone is the west. France gave the rebels the location of Qaddafi, and sat back, enjoying the show.

And let me state only one thing.
The idea of democracy does not apply to everywhere. Democracy only works in places where it could actually work out. I don't think that democracy works well in the west, as to actually work elsewhere.
