Hell - Where is the idea of justice?

RE: Hell - Where is the idea of justice?
Our life would be an insignificant blink in god's eye and for this we get eternal damnation? Oh yeah, god is good, god is great.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.
-- Homer Simpson

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.
-- Superintendent Chalmers

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.
-- Ned Flanders

Once something's been approved by the government, it's no longer immoral.
-- The Rev Lovejoy

So tell me GC, if Adolf Hitler had asked for forgiveness from god just before he died, would he have gotten into heaven?

LMFAO!!!

your signature is so full of error that it makes you the laughing stock of this forum.

So Nietzsche is alive...well. Laugh all you want it doesn't bother me, Christ said "do not be troubled when people mistreat you on my account, it is me they despise not you".
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Jesus, never met the man....how about you take the credit for the garbage you spout that causes me to "despise" you, rather than laying the blame at the feet of christ on this one, eh? Seem's to me he would have enough on his plate without having to deal with you and the things that you say.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Christianity is all about not shouldering the blame for anything. They are afraid of responsibility.

Indeed. A lot like AA

I have tried to explain to the odd devout Christian that saying "I'm sorry" is often a complete irrelevance. Other people are under no obligation to forgive us for ANYTHING.

Saying "I'm sorry" does not absolve one of responsibility, nor indeed imply everything is now just dandy.

What should people do? Oh, I don't know, perhaps put themselves to some level of personal cost and/or inconvenience to make amends. The Japanese have a charming custom of killing themselves to apologise. However, I think that is probably overkill sometimes.Tiger
