I have studied the Bible and the theology behind Christianity for many years. I have been to many churches. I have walked the depth and the breadth of the religion and, as a result of this, I have a lot of bullshit to scrape off the bottom of my shoes. ~Ziploc Surprise

A determination by the elementary school counselor (who has a Dr. degree). I read up on Asbergers and I agree that this is probably correct. I think I should get a second opinion. I don't know what I could do with a second opinion but perhaps it might be useful. It doesn't seem to matter the school refuses to do anything.

Autisim is a spectrum. If you have a real diagnosis from an actual neurologist (not just a suggestion from someone with a doctorate in child development or education), and the school isn't making accommodations for your child's learning disability, you can sue them under the ADA to force their hand. Good luck.
