Wrong, they can be dressed however they like.

I'll give you 30 minutes tops of success after which you'll end up in the local PD. There's a dress code norm nowadays' society has imposed and they won't let you break it. On a gay parade you may walk totally naked and nobody would say anything to you but that's a special event and everyone on it has the right to dress or undress the way they like. But outside that event you'll have to face the consequences. In fact I just found some proof for you to understand that these natives would most probaby spend 24 hours (or longer) in the PD because of indecent dressing.
Quote:What are the current laws defining nudity in Australia?
Quote:If you are in your private home it is not an issue.
Backyard will depend on whether you can be seen by your neighbours and whether they complain. It is not a criminal offence but if they complain they can get an order form the court that you stop.
Outdoors and in public other than nude beaches it is a criminal offence and all states have their own laws.
It all comes under the Crimes act and it is an act of indecency.
These quotes are one year old and I seriously doubt these laws have change so quickly. See for yourself: http://www.justanswer.com/australian-law...ralia.html
As I mentioned the laws are antiqued. Yes public nudity without invoking your cultural rights might not be strictly allowed, but you could certainly argue your case. The worst that could possibly happen is you would be directed to cover-up. What the letter of the law says and how it is applied are two entirely different things. Case in point: the letter of the law in NSW still says you need a marshal to walk 100 yards ahead of you when driving an auto-mobile.

Yeah, I miss the discounts, and the free lotions and stuff. And I made friends with the manager, so it was a pretty nice place to work. Still glad I don't have to work retail anymore though lol.

I'd like to note my prior post was meant to be humorous. As I have noted before, even women trying to get my attention have trouble with that if there are any men around for me to be watching. So ladies, feel free to breast feed around me as much as you want, I am PROFOUNDLY unlikely to notice.
Now, since there are disturbing smells involved, changing a diaper anywhere near me is going to register however. Hopefully, you'll be done before the STENCH wafts over to me. In any case, I most likely will dart for an exit at some point and I won't run in your direction.
And, I really don't like kids. I didn't like other kids when I was a kid, and I've never encountered anything to make me reconsider that. They're noisy, their parents have SERIOUSLY distorted and unrealistic ideas regarding their true merit, and they are careless and destructive.
I have nice stuff. Leave me alone you little brats!

So, purely aesthetic. Keep it away from my dinner and we won't have a problem.
I'm the same, but I suspect it stems as much from my dislike of small humans as my dislike for public bodily function displays (I too am not a fan of watching people go at it in public).

As long as people aren't hurting anyone, and aren't forcing what they're doing in my face, I don't mind what they do. So that includes breast feeding.

It has never happened to me. Honestly I think it would make me uncomfortable.
However, I'm considerate enough to realise that this is my problem, not the mother's. If the child needs feeding I'd probably be more comfortable being in a room with a woman breastfeeding rather than a crying infant.

I don't think I've ever noticed anyone publicly breastfeeding before. I'd really like to think I'd be OK with it. I mean, if baby needs food, then baby needs food. But I don't actually know if I'd be as accepting as I know I should be.

As a parent, I've seen breastfeeding in public a few times... And in private, tons of times... and sampled the product myself!

All that being said, I strictly refuse to breastfeed our daughter, in private or in public

So, if everyone is on board with the breastfeeding thing, is it OK if I nuzzle Sam Elliot's chest if the opportunity arises ??
