Just because he's French doesn't mean you have to swear about him!

One thing that makes the question obsolete is that if anyone was to go back in time and kill a major influence on history they would pretty much undoubtedly be killing themselves, unless it was a killing that took place after they were born.

I half agree with what people are saying about dictators are a symptom of the situation, on the other hand I wouldn't be so sure of that being the case all of the time, I think populations of people can change just from a few changes in the people in charge. 

Wouldn't it be a wiser move to divert Franz Ferdinand from being assassinated anyway?  Disregarding the fact that you'd almost be certainly killing yourself and creating a paradox.

Would you kill another time traveller who was about to kill baby Hitler, if that was the only way to stop him/her?

Fuck man, that first question is an amazing idea for a film.  As long as the person trying to kill Hitler it is a guy named Mendoza.  And before Mendoza goes back in time he kills Frank, the guy you work with on the police force and just before Frank dies he asks you to do one thing for him..................Get Mendoza.

Did you know that there was a street named after Hitler in New York State? People loved him there. A Nazi town is still in daily operation there. Those folks would be highly ticked off if Hitler had been killed as a baby.
