If I was about to kill the guy who was about to kill another guy, and someone saw me, by the same logic they'd kill me for being the guy who's about to kill another guy.
Sounds too complicated. If someone was about to kill my wife or something, then my ability to kill would be firmly brought into question. I'd do anything I could to stop them, but the situation would have to be pretty specific for me to have no possible way except an outright instant kill. Feel free to send me a private message.
