- Rinse body with water (pits, genitals and ass thoroughly, and get everywhere else wet too) - Scrub entire body with shower gel - Get hair thoroughly wet - Shampoo for 1 minute and rinse - Condition for 1 minute, during which I scrub my face with shower gel, then rinse the lot - rinse off any remaining shower gel on body *gets out shower*
