Yeah. And I have to ask myself, what end? Is he actually converting anyone who wasn't already immersed in the mythology? Also, he's just as likely to convert someone to Islam, since the "arguments" are exactly the same and he never goes beyond a deistic God.
If I was debating him, I'd cut him off at the pass. I'd say, "OK, fine. Let's say there is a being that created the universe. Why should anyone care? What's this got to do with an ancient story book?"
He'd probably say some shit about the self affirming Holy Spirit that lives in his pants, and I'd point out how stupid that is and how useless to anyone but himself. I'd tell him He-Man lives in my mind, so he's real too.
