Well there is only one cause that is capable of explaining information rich cells. That is intelligence. No other known cause is sufficient. There are also a ton of cases where you have a protein A regulating protein B which regulates protein C which regulates a DNA protein which regulates gene expression. It is hard to explain the formation of these systems in a gradual progressive process, because unless all the proteins/enzymes are there, the organism dies and therefore does not reproduce/evolve.

Lol, It's the only one I need. You can refuse to comprehend complex life from chemistry all you want. It's still not a case for Yahweh.

It is a case for a designer. There are other reasons that I think it was the Christian God, but I would rather stick with the biological evidence. You would apparently rather slap and run. It's fine if you don't want to talk about that, but don't refer me to an article calling me delusional when you won't even discuss it.

What we see in DNA is the ability to self-scan, self-diagnose and self-repair. In the same way that cells in an embryo differentiate into other cells and migrate into precise locations with specific purposes, as if they have an inbuilt knowledge or intelligent programme that guides them. Such is the case with DNA. There is a massive difference between throwing some chemicals in a petri dish and watching them aggregate, to the kind of intelligent behaviour seen in DNA.

Why do people believe this?
What is there that makes them accept this unsupported proposition?
Cellular biology is endlessly elegant and screams designer.

No...
If there was a designer, it was an incompetent one.
A designer which can be explained away by evolution.

Go tell that to a 5 year old cancer patient on chemo! "hey kid, god designed you just like that!"

Biological cells, most likely, did not originate with all the complex structures we see today. Heck.... even they protective cover which makes us call them cells must have come after the first self-replicating biological entities were around.

Don't blame cancer on incompetent design. Cells have many mechanisms to prevent cancer, but we are pumping our environment and bodies full of carcinogens. It's our own fault. If I smashed your laptop with a bat, you would not complain that it was poorly/incompetently designed.

And yeah they must not have been as complex according to your worldview, but that is speculating beyond observable evidence. Cells need hundreds of proteins to function in every  living system that has ever been observed. Also the membrane does a lot more than protect it.

Yeah, well people stopped replying to me last time, so I figured I'd give it another try

Actually while you mention that, you never responded to me.

No one is running. I also don't see the point of repeating this entire thread. You only rely on biology when you think it gets you to a designer (which it doesn't), and then after that, all bets are off and magic gets to come in and play. Sorry, but you don't get to have it both ways.
