It's not really that big an exaggeration. Start paying attention to what he says. He may not start a war because someone says something he doesn't like, but he would want to and who knows what he would actually do...

I'm aware.

I just believe healthcare and education are fundamental human rights for all. And quite frankly, it's sickening that the US makes their citizens pay for it.

You pay for it in the UK as well.  Through taxes.

It's just that you get something for your payments.
