One more absurd idea about the end of the universe.
Actually it may not sound absurd from an atheistic point of view considering that nobody create and control the universe but it is quite absurd from a theistic point of view.
Why the creator would let the universe go to the dogs after billions of years that exist and with all his creation on?
Beside considering that the universe (from a theistic point of view) is a creation more creations can be made so life will last in other universes or dimensions for ever and ever.  

Not only that but let us remember that energy can not be destroyed no matter what and considering that energy and consciousness always go hand in hand the end of the universe can not happen ever.

1. nope once again the end of the universe has nothing to do with atheism

2. Nowhere does theism imply there is no end to the universe

3. There is nothing absurd about the universe ending it's in fact very rational

4. The idea that someone doesn't control the universe nowhere implies and end to the universe nor that it's going to the dogs (whatever that means in terms of the universe)

Re #3: Yeah, a day ends. A winter ends. Planets and suns end. A galaxy can collapse on itself. So why not a universe? It is only the cosmos which is eternal, leastwise to pissants like we humans.

Energy turn into a different form of energy and with that the consciousness.
Transformation is the rule not death.

"Creation" had nothing to do with anybody's imaginary friend. 

And you didn't read the article, so you just screwed the pooch with that comment about energy. PLUS you have no evidence that energy and consciousness "always go hand in hand".
