There are absolutely ways to have safe sex. Such as the time tested "sex through a sheet" method. You can also give a psuedo-name along with digits to the local abortion clinic.

Alas... you have vocalized why there are so many teen pregnancies by christian women, or women so stupid they believed the 'I'll pull out' rhetoric. Seriously... anyone say this to you: stab them with a knife, and say 'I'll pull out, don't worry honey'.
