If a truly good god existed  his reveal (showing up ) should be enough to convince anyone to total obedience .Any man to believe with all there heart and soul . and any supposed devient to reform on the spot . Or he is no good god . His mere affirmed  existence should accomplish all these or he no good god . But this manipulation any more than the sun making a man sweat is manipulation. Perfect good should be able overcome any evil in any man's heart .

Yay. You actually have a point there, Banned. Sadly, you missed Tiz's. I'm sure a lot of atheists would have no problem serving a god who obviously exists and is obviously good. You can prove neither of these concerning your god.

You can't blame people for not wanting to worship what appears to be a figment of the imagination. Hindus attain divine harmony worshiping Vishnu. Do you feel like saying prayers to him? There's a bunch of crap that you don't believe because you've seen no evidence for it. Nobody faults you for that. And you have no reason to fault anyone for not believing in your god for the same reason.

i for one would not have any such problem . But that's just it he can't prove either . Nor is it enough to prove the former without the later .
