Rebellion against god

Rebellion against god
Fantasy scenario question to Min, Boru and other atheists. "Would you curse God or beg for mercy if you would end up in afterlife hell?".

I think, I would beg like little girl from the start.

I don't get that this qualifies as a 'question'.  You're asking me if I would curse or beg a non-existent being if I found myself in a non-existent place.  May as well ask if I'd ask Denethor for light duty if I found myself posted to Minas Tirith.

Boru

Slippery. Anyway, it's safe to say that in that scenario everybody would beg sooner or later. But I think veteran atheists lie Min, would last longer than others.

Oh well, if it's a fantasy scenario - and how can it be anything else - in that case I wait until "God's" back is turned, crack him over the head with an iron bar (biblical kryptonite) then use him as a shield while I stage a mass breakout from the hell it created. Then once we have him surrounded and on his knees begging for the mercy it can never have, I take my trusty god-slaying axe and behead the foul monster for crimes against the Universe. I keep the head on my wall and throw darts at it occasionally.

Do I win?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yes. Great ending.

Wouldn't all the best people be there .
I mean its supposed to be a place free of "true believing" Christians so I guess I'd be ok just chillin.

Stephen Fry nailed that question

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I'd say "yo what the fuck man, dick move"
"Every luxury has a deep price. Every indulgence, a cosmic cost. Each fiber of pleasure you experience causes equivalent pain somewhere else. This is the first law of emodynamics [sic]. Joy can be neither created nor destroyed. The balance of happiness is constant.

Fact: Every time you eat a bite of cake, someone gets horsewhipped.

Facter: Every time two people kiss, an orphanage collapses.

Factest: Every time a baby is born, an innocent animal is severely mocked for its physical appearance. Don't be a pleasure hog. Your every smile is a dagger. Happiness is murder.

Vote "yes" on Proposition 1321. Think of some kids. Some kids."
