I was walking through the woods and there was a clearing ahead that the light was pouring into. The light looked like a solid wall, so I turned around and walked back. Another time, I sat on the edge of a tub and it felt like it was curling down beneath me endlessly. It didn't get lower or anything. The edge just curled under like a cigarette getting rolled up.

I've had visuals but never been convinced that what I was seeing was real. Fractals and stuff like that I've seen, but I never thought the tree was anything other than a tree. I've taken LSD so potent that (well before I peaked) I doubted that real was real. Exactly what psychedelics have you done? Have you tried LSD?
On second thought, don't list the psychedelics you've done. But I am curious if you've done acid.
The one and only time I tripped.. I broke my wrist.

I was sceptical about just how powerful a drug hallucination can be so the best one for me was one that showed me a proper clear hallucination.
I took mushrooms, there was a rug used as a wall decoration, I saw it melt down to the floor and drip down into a puddle. This happened just as I was thinking these mushrooms aren't working. The rest of the night I was just seeing patterns all over, clear silhouettes of dancing girls when I looked at the floor. I took acid previous to this and saw minor hallucinations like bubbles forming through walls, breathing in and out but nothing as clear as something melting and changing shape like that. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason.
Background music?
Ummagumma did it for me. Uriah Heep held a birthday party for wizard, that was cool. Rick Wakeman took me to the center of the Earth and back out Mt. Etna.
