I'm obsessed with wine. I don't drink the shit - but I'd love to make money off of people who do. I've been trying to grow grapes for a decade. For some odd reason or four, I never end up with any grapes at the end of season.

I think I've swallowed more shit than wine moving muck from the pigs to the corn.

I enjoy wine, but can't consume much without feeling horrendously intoxicated. The fun promptly begins to end if I drink more than about 6 ounces.
If I don't find time to cook with the remainder within a few days, nice bottles just get wasted.

My taste for wine was destroyed by drinking super cheap rotgut a few times when I was young. I really don't think I have ever had a taste of a decent wine.

What are you willing to put up with?
It may predate you but we used to drink Boone's Farm wines with crazy names and flavors like Strawberry Hill. If you could dig a few pennies out of the couch or the car seat and had a dollar you could get a whole bottle. You needed more money to treat yourself for the hangover the next day - those headaches were epic!
Maybe their stuff is better now - if it's still available - but that was some nasty stuff back in the 70s.
