The aircraft involved the incident mentioned was accurate, but failed to check the target markings.
Does your country have the right to defend itself and its interests regardless of the accuracy of it's equipment?

This is pretty common for the OP...he likes to work his way to the edge of the rules.  

Perhaps the mean ole people here cut him a little slack because he claims to be quite ill.

I do see him pushing boundaries a little harder lately.  Maybe a meds adjustment is in order.
