Alive or dead, the problem of NK is not the problem of a single man -KIM-; it's the problem of a whole regime that is a Chinese bunker.

His death doesn't matter, I won't be interested until I hear that the house in beijing fell.

OK, here's my next prediction.
Kim is permanently incapacitated (for whatever reason). Japan and Sth Korea both think so.

China will try to take over by brute force to expand the CCP. Sth Korea will cry for help and there's our WW111 that America needs right now.

Doubt it.

I can see China trying to get a puppet ruler in, but not to invade. Unless NK really pisses China off.

I suspect China likes having a bunch if crazies as a buffer between them and South Korea/Japan and to keep attention focussed there instead of on what's happening in China.
