When I was a kid, I always thought Churchill's first name was 'Thatbastard'. I'd be happy to see the statue removed, but I'm a little distressed as to how they're going about it.

If the statue gets successfully kept down then that's what God wants.

To me intervention would be that a God that created the universe sometimes chose to affect that universe. I don't believe in that. I'm a theist in the sense that I'm not an atheist. I'm also a deist in the sense that the God I believe in isn't of any specific religion, it didn't create the universe because it isn't separate to it, and it doesn't intervene in it because any supposed 'intervention' is just the universe acting on itself. It's very likely that all of your own misrepresentations of your thoughts turn on novel personal interpretations of given terms. You can call yourself whatever you want. I'll decide that you're whatever term best fits the things you describe no matter what you choose to call it.
