Why should my life be an argument against women in power?

I don't have a problem with women in power.

Then the problem isn't with me, it is with men.

Agreed, but it doesn’t change the fact the a girl bodyguard is unlikely to stop school bullying.

To be fair, though, I’m fortunate to be married to a woman who could - if needs be - stomp the stupid out of 9 of 10 men.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

This is was intended to keep traitors out of office unless the Senate votes by 2/3 majority to allow it.

Nope, traitors would have been allowed in without Senate approval, provided they had never previously sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Yes, having taken an oath and then committed a traitorous act makes them a traitor.  I'm using that word loosely as it says anyone who has engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same.  My point is just that this was clearly meant to ban any person who had betrayed the state or nation through rebellion from taking any of those listed offices and NOT to kick someone out of office once in.

I had a couple female friends when I was younger that made sure I was safe from any BS.  Either one of them could hold their own.

I have always been small in stature.  I learned early that I wasn't going to be able to win in a physical fight...words, and putting them together quickly, saved my ass more than once.  I learned you can bring a man to his knees not only with a well-placed kick or knee but also with the right words at the right time.

Read the first sentence - ‘No person shall be...’ etc. If an elected politician has taken an oath and then commits or abets an insurrection, wouldn’t it be unconstitutional for that person to remain in office?

Hypothetical: Senator Ted Cruz has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution. He has committed insurrection. How then is it legally permissible for him to remain in office?

Ellen was in the IDF - she was a Krav Maga instructor for about two years and has kept it up. She still teaches the civilian version at the community centre.

Who was all behind the Capitol attack

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I don't disagree with you on the integrity basis, but unfortunately this isn't how its interpreted.  Remember, this amendment was ratified in 1868 and written by lawyers.  The interpretation of the opening line is "You can't become..." or "You can't be confirmed...", or the equivalent of that.

It was created to keep Confederates who fought against the Union out of the US government after the war.  It was used to prevent Socialist Party of America member Victor L. Berger, convicted of violating the Espionage Act for his anti-militarist views, from taking his seat in the House of Representatives in 1919 and 1920.  Reference

Given the scary intellect displayed by the insurrectionists, this could actually work:
