Hearts attacks as felony murder aren't novel. Robbing geriatrics is a risky business in the US. If you're committing a felony and granny dies, you're a murderer. If you're committing a felony and the cops kill your friend - you're also a murderer.

If someone died of a stroke and heart attack on site, they still died. So, yes, counting them is still valid. They may not be violent deaths (which you are expecting), but they're still deaths that happened in the process of the Capitol siege.

C'mon, man. Maybe the guy who had a stroke would've died next week, or next year. One can't predict that shit, as you well know. Yes, Those two guys had a prior medical condition and they died. At the Capitol while it was being stormed. Hence why they're counted among the people who died on site during the siege, and people who died while watching it on TV aren't. This isn't fucking hard.
