Gun Questions any one?

Gun Questions any one?
My new job has me learning more about firearms than i even knew there was to know. i get a lot of questions at the guns store which has made me take time and research the guns/manufacturers, guns and ammo trends (ammo prices) 2A news and projected legislation, the popular fire arms and of course trying to match up the right fire arm for the right person. not only does a gun need to fit it's intended roll or application in your life but it has to fit you, as if you are intimidated by it you will not practice handling it or firing it and it then becomes more of a liability than a tool intended on some measure of self defense. I can even point you to on line resources to help you find parts ammo and even firearms. This is more of something i enjoy, and would like to share it with anyone thinking about a gun, seeings how the police are leaving in droves under threat of being defunded, and or being replaced with unarmed social workers.

I do not want this turn into a gun debate.. this is more of a technical q&a

Oh yeah, you are the one to go to for firearms information.

Hard pass.

Technically i'm federally certified through the ATF to manufacture ammo, import and sell firearms and ammo. as i hold a ffl 06 and 08 and i kinda do have a gun store and am affiliated with/transfer gun dealer, and firearm supplier for two of the largest on line gun retailers. I've had my ffl03 which is a curio and relic gun dealer since 2003 which allowed me to buy and sell collector firearms this whole time. i just decided to go all in as i had to close my mobile mechanic service down due to covid. and took that revenue and invested in the gun shop. my gun shop is the only gun shop in the area that has over 40 different handguns in inventory and all the popular caliber ammo despite selling over 150 fire arms since i started in October. plus im a sub contractor for a larger government contractor that works with all branches of the military in the us and if i'm not mistaken has a facility in England and France. plus im in process to sell hunting and fishing license as well as teach conceal carry course.

This is proof, if anything is, that the gun laws need to change.

Gun question: what do you think of President Biden’s plan to raise a 100 000 strong task force to go round to peoples’ houses and confiscate all of their guns by force, bearing in mind that any sort of resistance will justify summary execution?

It's probably a good time to get into the gun business. Magats are taking their welfare checks and buying pistols with them.

like it or not, no matter how gun laws change i and people like me will be in compliance with them inorder to sell what is allowed. believe me they don't just give federal firearms licenses away there is a several hour phone interview and a follow walk through and face to face interview/training session along with unannounced yearly inventory and paper work checks. not to mention tedious back ground scrutiny and follow-ups...  then it gets even worse when you apply for international arms dealer. they ask you why do you want to import guns 10 different ways. and i passed all of that. next thing on the list is big bore explosive devises and machine guns dealer. (everything is 20,000$ or more so i'm not in a big hurry for that)

Last year you were going to strike it rich by upfitting semi trailers into portable morgues for the COVID dead. Now you are a master in firearms and ammunition.

Okay.

i didn't hear that one.. i have heard him say directly that they are going to try and tax like 800-1200 for any assault type rifle. and 800 for any mag that hold more than 10 rounds. or there is a buy back program being offered as if you get tired of paying the tax you can turn your gun into the police or a ffl like myself. because they cant be sold or transfered to anyone else. meaning if you have one when the law goes into effect you can pay your 1200 a year plus 800 for magazines to be grandfathered in but you can't sell to anyone or give the gun to any one.  for that i thought of maybe buying a few large safes and offer long term storage (till the next republican takes office)

i thought so too.. problem is all the distributors are sold out of everything.. no guns availed no bullets.. you can buy holsters, slings, optics and magazines.  you gotta get creative otherwise you'll go outta business because you have nothing to sell. which is why me having inventory is little bit of a big deal

Did you tell them about talking to angels?  Or did you leave that part out?  How about the addict(s) in the house...are they aware?

If you are in the guns game, I seriously doubt it's being done legally.  You wouldn't even be able to correctly fill out a form.
