1. Penguin, because they are so damned cute.
2. Water Bear, because it is bad ass and has survived all 5 mass extinction events in earth's history.
3. Platypus, love the bill.
4. Ocelot, for the pattern.
5. Meercats, for the way they stand up and look around like sentries.

If we're allowing Mythical Animals
1. The Hippogriff- It's so freaking regal.
2. The Lernaean Hydra- Because 12 heads are better than one.
3.The Roc-It's a giant Eagle what's not to like?

1. People. Sure, some of them suck. Really bad. But there's a lot of really good ones too!
2. Red Pandas. Cutest animal known.
3. Arctic fox. Level of adorable is too strong.
4. Dolphins. If you hate Dolphins, you're probably a robot.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.
