Just read a memory that was reposted by a lady from my hometown who is in her 80s. It recounted a conversation about 9 years ago between her and her husband. They were discussing his medical care, doctors, and needs at the time. The conversation worked around to...did he know who her doctor was...he thought a while and said, "Well, Dr. F is gone."

Dr. F. was my dad and he was a veterinarian.

I so wish we were still going back home...I wanted to see her so much. She tells the best stories.
