It's almost like the problem, if there is one, is more in keeping an eye on convicted sex offenders than on denying trans folk a right to take a leak in a public restroom they feel comfortable in. Something I've heard of more times than I can count on one hand? Straight cis men just barging into women's restrooms without bothering to put in any effort into presenting as female and assaulting them.
