Look Moron, the only reason the deal was made was because they had absolutely zero evidence of any rape, and Cosby plead the 5th, the 5th amendment doesn’t apply if you're immune from prosecution, hence the deal.
If you actually read the Affidavit, there was no admission to rape in it whatsoever.
