I see it as their choice. Proper clothing and makeup are very dependent on the society. More freedom is better.

As a biological male and as a transgender female, I like modest tees with a full, midcalf skirt and sandals. I also wear "boob pads" so that my tits do not show through my tee, along with modest concealer makeup. Am I being immodest?

Walk a beach in the US, you'll see that whether you want to or not. And believe me, much of it you don't want. It's a normal, natural setting. Better to deal with our feelings in the open than repress them and turn them to sickness and suppression of others. In other words, if you can't see a beautiful woman in a bikini without losing self-control, that's your problem and your religion's problem, not hers.
