Russia and Ukraine
RE: Russia and Ukraine
I remember seeing a pic of a couple magats wearing "I'd rather be Russian than Democrat" during the 2016 runup to the election. If they like Russia so well, they should go live there. No backsies, either.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

That and four dollars will get you a cuppa joe at Starbucks. Plenty of us already regard them as anti-American. They don't care. They don't care.

It is a shame they do not care, when they should. They are shutting themselves out from any criticism and other things they could improve on, but yet they choose to block that all out and remain in their own little world, which is quite sad, really.

They don't think they need any improvement. They think they are the perfect Americans, and that anyone who disagrees is perforce wrong. Of course that's a shame ... but them's the facts.

Yes, of course that is true. It’s also sad they can’t tell the difference between facts and opinions.

That's what you get when the whole society in built on the individual.... why should any one person care about the others losers?

There is nothing wrong with individual freedoms and putting emphasis on the individual. But its what you get when mofos go from there to use this as an excuse to be egocentric (and cross the legal lines even).
The US always puzzled me as a weird mix of flag waving and "fuck you, i got mine" attitudes.

Especially when you take into account that they throw tank crews who survive losing their tanks into human wave infantry battalions to die in places like Adviivka or Bakhmut.

Speaking of American partners, I wonder how hard is it for the USA to give support Ukraine right now? Any hindrances?

The republitraitor party are the only hindrance to US military aid for Ukraine.

In fact sending aid to Ukraine is a military help to the US in many ways, it usefully gets rid of old obsolete stocks allowing newer stocks to be deployed more rapidly, it gives the US valuable military insights into what it considered, to 2022, its current biggest threat and into how to wage war with new equipment like drones, it solidifies an alliance with a large (if poor) nation in Eastern Europe and it drains the power of a country which has been at war with it (at least de facto, putting out a bounty on US forces in Afghanistan operating under a UN security council mandate is an act of war) for at least a decade.
