RE: If there's no God, nothing is right or wrong

Yeah, there's actually quite a bit of literature on the ways in which vicarious redemption is a permission structure for evil as a foundational component of a subjective utilitarian morality.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

You really don't read for comprehension, do you? I never said nothing is bad. Perhaps you can re-read my post and comment on where you missed what I was saying.
Or, are you just trying to build a straw-man army?!?

How could you possibly know any of that? For all you know, Saville was wracked with guilt over his behaviour.
Just because you’re a sociopath, don’t assume other people are.
Boru I was thinking exactly the same thing, I guess once you start basing beliefs on unevidenced assumptions it's hard to stop.

Boru Let's say he felt fine, what did he do wrong from his point of view?
Who knows how god botherers rationalise this stuff. from memory I recall him expressing doubts about his salvation, rationalise that one. As if he believed there was an objective divine standard, but defied it anyway.
What's significant is that no deity stepped in to help his child victims.

Saying "yes" there is evil in a world without a deity, though not providing the standard is not answering. Can you provide a standard? I did provide the standard more than once, your dishonesty is relentless fair play. I even quoted and linked the answer twice when you started this lie. Here it is one more time then, so everyone can see that you're a liar.
My answer is on page 12 of this thread HERE it is number 6.
Liar liar pants on fire...
Here is my question that you definitely have refused to answer.
If there's a God, nothing is objectively right or wrong or evil.
Do you agree?
FYI we all know why you're dodging it as well, and have done from the start, because I doubt there's a single person reading this thread who are more ill-informed about the complexities of morality than you, who also happens to the most strident, quelle surprise.

The real irony of course, is that he hasn't attempted to defend his claim of moral objectivism. Even I can make an objectively true claim about morality, it's just that I know it will ultimately rest on a subjective opinion.

Repeating your mistake isn’t going to repair it, numpty.

From his point of view, why should he care what the rest of society thinks? What obligation does he have to care? He lived the best version of life from his perspective. IDK if that’s true, but assume it is. Assume he died happy believing he lived his best life. So what? How does that change whether or not my opinion that his actions were immoral is true? My opinion that his actions were immoral is based on the nature of those actions….a fact of the object. Not his level of deathbed satisfaction. An (alleged) fact of the subject.
It is a bad fact, though, isn’t it. He got away with it. I would go further than just calling his actions immoral. I would say that anyone who knew what he was up to and didn’t do anything shared in that immorality. If you, me, or god knew and didn’t do anything- that would be immoral as well. I didn’t know. You didn’t know. Think the big guy knew?
The point is that your opinion is not binding anywhere in the world.

Actually, it is . You aren't dismissing anyone. You're the only one in this thread wasting people's time... lol.
You have failed at every level to present any arguments, refute others, or provide a foundation for your claimed objective morality, making any commentary you offer irrelevant.
