Exactly, if you pay too much attention to what you "should" eat, you can't eat anything. That's why my motto is, "Everything in moderation... Including moderation." Sometimes it's okay to just go whole hog :-)

And if, then it is expensive - it`s something that has jet to catch on in central Europe, where food is something very traditional and foreign foods are almoust always seen as specialties, or have to be very practical to be accepted.

Objection, I don't consider okra a food... Unless crispy fried... then it's delicious. Prepared any other way it's akin to eating uncooked slugs... very slimy.
