Human beings must, by definition, be separate individuals. Fetuses depend on and reside inside of a mother. They do not gain the status of human being by virtue of living inside the body of another human being.
Therefore, by that logic, it becomes a true human being when it no longer needs to depend on the nutrients inside the mother/reside in the mother.

So, you think that someone considering women to be inherently inferior to men and making decision based on that immoral premise is not a reason for others to claim a moral high ground and judge their reasons? Oh right, you probably wouldn't.

A good grab Festive. I see that the bill explicitly makes an exemption for abortion. Why?

Murder is a legal classification as well btw Cat..so I'm not sure why there would be a problem with deferring to the legal definitions of this or that. The Carolina law for example essentially states that a fetus becomes a person (in your mind a human) when someone murders the mother (and thus it along with) - except in the case of abortion.

Let's call it a human. So? The label we give it doesn't make any difference in what it actually is. It's a dumb little thing that nobody wants and will only put a strain on society. Destroy it before it develops. Or 'murder' it, rather. I don't really give a fuck about labels; we're still talking about the same shit. I'm for murdering dumb little humans, yes. So?
