Plus one for islam..lol, christians would seem to prefer a thoughtcrime interpretation of sin. See what a few hundred years worth of reflection can lead to, a slightly less onerous interpretation of the absurd.
(you're sure that there won't be any muslims willing to disagree with you on this one?)

(you're sure that there won't be any muslims willing to disagree with you on this one?) Well I'm a conservative Muslim, this is the strictest interpretation and most literal interpretation. There is no thought crime in Islam, although thoughts can lead to actions, so it is certainly not recommended to enjoy thinking about doing any act of evil or sin.

So, theoretically speaking, two flamingly homosexual muslims who manage not to blow each other aren't going to run into any shit from the big guy, rgr? In the same light, a person who merely thinks, but does not vocalize the thought "Allah is a bullshit god/Mo was a conman" won't be running into any trouble on that count either...yes?

Well, if there are 2 homosexual Muslims, who both know they are homosexual and are attracted to the same gender, they are not allowed to engage in any sexual contact, and it is not permitted for two people of the same gender to sleep under the same duvet/cloth.

They love each other from a distance, and devour each other with their eyes. Similarly the blasphemer screams quietly, on the inside. I'm just wondering whether or not these things are kosher in the sense of whether they are "sinful" in your interpretation of islam.

But this doesn't just apply to homosexuals, so it's kind of a moot point. Heterosexuals also aren't allowed to devour anyone with their eyes other than their spouse or their fiance.

Yeah, it's thought crime Mo. "Looking" is not blowing. They're just thinking about each others naughty bits in an extremely fond way. I can look at something all day long, thinking about stealing it, and the only crime I will have committed is "thought theft".

(why would this bother you in any case?) It bothers me because it's just not true. That analogy is false. We are talking about human beings, not an object to steal. The Qur'an explicitly states:
30. Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That is purer for them. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.
31. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts...
