What some Muslims do is not Islam!

A rape victim should not be punished according to Islamic Shariah/Laws

Penetration outside marriage is punishable

But once you've married them, you can rape them to your hearts content.

"A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, while other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, and kissing are allowed. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man's four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl's sister." Ayatollah Khomeni

I am afraid to say that you're actually using a wrong source of credibility. If you want to make a claim, please cite it from the main source of Islam itself, which is al-quran and as-sunnah. Or at least a fatwa.

Huh, can you cite any source for this claim.

Thanks.

Raping wives is not permitted in Islam
There is no age restriction on marriage in Islam (for boys or girls)
It is up to the judge (maybe a Doctor as well) to decide if they are suitable for intercourse or not.

Adultery in Islam is punished by Lashing for non-married or stoning to death for married people

Adultery is defined by penetration, not just sexual acts

Found In: Imam Nawawi's 40 hadith Chapter No: 1, An-Nawawi's 40 Hadith
Hadith no: 14
Narrated: Abdullah bin Masud
who said: The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu alayhi wasallam, said: "The blood of a man who is a Muslim is not lawful (i.e. cannot be lawfully shed), save if he belongs to one of three (classes): a married man who is an adulterer; life for a life (i.e. for murder); one who is a deserter of his religion, abandoning the community." [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]

A man kissed a woman (unlawfully) and then went to the Prophet and informed him. What constitutes lawful and unlawful kissing?
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."
