A rape victim should not be punished according to Islamic Shariah/Laws

I am afraid to say that you're actually using a wrong source of credibility. If you want to make a claim, please cite it from the main source of Islam itself, which is al-quran and as-sunnah. Or at least a fatwa.

There is no age restriction on marriage in Islam (for boys or girls)
It is up to the judge (maybe a Doctor as well) to decide if they are suitable for intercourse or not.

Huh, can you cite any source for this claim. Adultery in Islam is punished by Lashing for non-married or stoning to death for married people
Adultery is defined by penetration, not just sexual acts
