My problem with Christianity or "christiandom" is that they follow the contradictory doctrins of men, instead of what is written within the full volume of scripture. "who has ears let him hear"
" And he cried mightily with a strong voice... And I heard another voice from heaven saying COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE, that ye be not partakers of Her sins, and that ye receive not of HER plagues" Revelation 18:2a & 4
Who is "HER" that " Gods PEOPLE are to "COME OUT OF" but " Mystery Babylon the Great. Mother {church} of Harlots {daughter churches} and the ABOMINATION of the earth. Revelation 17:4-6

well is'nt that the hole point of a belief? that it has'nt been proven? otherwise it becomes a fact..do you believe that a christian God Could exist? emphasis on the could
Tell me, how does the fact that I believe the sky to be red affect the actual color of the sky?
I don't care about believing in fairy tales.
I care about reality and I only accept a description of it that I and anyone else can confirm... no self-deluding required.

The whole point of belief is to wrap oneself up in something that gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. Fuck that! If I want the warm fuzzies I'll buy a friggin' teddy bear. At least it's harmless.
Religion is anything but. Religion promotes authoritarianism, misogyny, has been used to justify slavery, genocide and racism. It is vile delusion. It needs to go. And we will eventually evolve past it.
And no, there is no god. Any god.

Firstly my problem with Christianity is that none of it can be proven. There is no scientifiic or demonstratable evidence that a god exists. Just because I cannot think of an alternative arguement to creatioinism does not mean I should just accept it as true. Also Christianity has done many evil things in the name of God, the crusades for example. Christianity and most religions are some of the few things that can make good people do bad things. Also relgion is the only thing that exists that can make good people do bad things while believing they are good.

Hypocrisy does not dictate when something is or is not a religion.

I'm not trying to get anyone to believe jack. He asked a question, I gave an honest answer. So shoot me.

Atheism is not a religion in any way. It is a disbelief in the existence of gods. It is more of a way of thinking and viewing the world. And by simply stating what uncomfortable truths about the bible and what atheists think is not a form of trying to convert people to atheism. I would like to point out that Christians try to convert people all the time. That churches are exempt from taxes. And Christianity is even printed on money and is involved in the american pledge of allegiance and the British national anthem.
